With over 20 years in hearing aids, she brings a rare, multi-angle view — from customer excellence and R&D (SW/FW verification) in Singapore, to market development and training across Latin America, to shaping the Phonak Children Program in Spain. From the clinic, to the lab, to the field.

With a career spanning clinical practice, industry, and education, Graziela combines her roles as a Hearing Care Professional and Training Manager at Sonova Academy, bringing real-world clinical experience into our global learning solutions to create practical, impactful training for HCPs worldwide.
